Updated Cancellation Policy

Due to a recent increase in late cancellations and no-shows, together with the current economic climate, I have chosen to update my cancellation policy to lower patient fees, while honoring it without exception. While I still ask for 48 hours notice to changes and cancellations, I have decreased the late cancellation fee to a flat $50 with 24-48 hours notice, and $100 with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows. I still offer an option to reschedule within the same calendar week (subject to availability) to avoid a fee, as well as half-priced telemedicine herbal consults for acute illnesses. Thank you for not taking it personally when you receive an automatic charge for a late-cancellation.
